Breast Enhancement Exercises

When it comes to breast enhancement women would like to know there is something that does not cost money to help further enhancement. There is a lot of emphasis on herbs and the new cosmetic ingredient Volufiline. This emphasis is not unfounded since those herbs and Volufiline are well known for their ability to increase breast size but how about something that does not require money?

I remember on the playground in grade school, girls would walk around swinging their arms on a horizontal plane and say, “I must, I must, I must increase my bust.” Until now I remember this as plain as day. It was a song put out by the Lords of Acid but I only learned this just recently. I read in another place that it was a line from a Judy Blume book.

There is some controversy over whether or not exercise affords any enhancement to the breasts. There are women that swear by it and others that say it never did anything for them.

One way or the other, it does not cost anything and you will be better off for any exercise you do. Try this program for 60 days and see if you notice a difference for yourself. I don’t know of any double blind studies have been done on exercise for breast enlargement. Who knows if the women that say it did not work were consistent or the women that say it works weren’t using something else at the same time.

The foundational idea for breast enhancement through exercise is a firming of the muscles to prevent sagging. Exercise is also well known to improve skin health. With adequate hydration there should be some improvement.

We will cover the most effective exercise for breast enhancement called the dumbbell fly.

All you need for this exercise is a lightweight dumbbell, no more than 5 pounds. Do not use a heavy weight or you could tear muscles. This is not for “building” muscles but for toning.

Here is how you execute the dumbbell fly.

breast enhancement exercises1. Lie down on a mat with your back to the floor.
2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms out to your sides perpendicular to your shoulders.
3. With your elbows bent slightly, raise both arms straight up over your body.
4. The dumbbells should meet over your upper chest.
5. Lower your arms and repeat 13-15 times.

The dumbbell fly is the Queen of breast enhancement exercises. There are two more exercises I will share as well.

This one is also done lying down on your back with light dumbbells. This time instead of lowering your arms you want to keep your elbows parallel with the floor and lower your hand into the middle of your chest. Repeat this 13-15 times being careful not to overdo anything when you first get started.

The last exercise is done in a standing position. This is called a dumbbell lateral raise. Using your lightweight dumbbells you will raise the dumbbells up at your side so they are parallel with the floor and then do small circles of about 12 inches. Rotate forward and backward for 13-15 repetitions.

This will firm and strengthen your chest and upper body. If you don’t notice any significant growth you can still be sure you are doing something good for yourself.

I have used breast success for years with great results but when I started to add the exercises that you mention here there was a noticeable difference. For me it was more of a firming and not size increase. I do it everyday still and hope to for years to come.

I am very interested in this Total Curve product but Breast Success has also come out with a Breast Success Cream now that has Volufiline and I was going to try it. I found your site when I was looking for information on Volufiline.
